Annual meeting of the Centro de Investigação em Química da Universidade do Porto (CIQUP) is a research center in chemistry located at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry of University of Porto. Promoting Collaboration, sharing and reflection between members and collaborators. It is mainly an experimental R&D unit, with an established reputation in Portugal. Solid international acclaim has been obtained for its relevant contributions in: 

• molecular and supramolecular thermodynamics; 
• electroanalytical and interfacial chemistry; 
• chemi- and bioluminescence; 
• chemical/biochemical sensing; 
• nanochemistry and nanomaterials; 
• ionic liquids; 
• medicinal chemistry; 
• physical chemistry of self-organized systems; 
• excited state reactivity dynamics.
